- Reflect about your practice and participate in on-going professional development and training to improve your practice, as well as using feedback from others to guide your personal and professional growth
- Use data from different forms of student assessments to communicate with parents and other team members about student progress, and plan for deeper instruction
- Integrate technology into your teaching and professional activities
